Michael Shenton has named a 19-man Hull FC Reserves squad for tomorrow’s fixture with Wigan Warriors Reserves tomorrow evening (5.30pm kick-off), brought to you in association with Pearson Electrical.
Hull must win if they are to remain in the hunt for a place in the Grand Final, but an undefeated top-of-the-table Wigan stand in their way.
Shenton has made seven changes to his Reserves squad from the side he named to face Wakefield a fortnight ago.
Six of the seven changes are due to players representing Yorkshire Academy in Saturday’s Origin decider at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, with Jack Charles, Will Hutchinson, Will Kirby, Logan Moy, Cobie Wainhouse and Ryan Westerman all on White Rose duty.
Mackenzie Harman is the other player to drop out of the squad.
Hooker Jeylan Hodgson is back on deck for the Black & Whites after recovering from a bout of concussion.
First-year Academy players Roman Dawson, Luke Garmston, Eddie Nolan and Joe Ward are all included in the squad this week.
Outside back Manoa Wacokecoke could also return to action in Lancashire tomorrow, along with first-team player Ben McNamara, who could get his first run out since 1st July after recovering from a foot injury.
The full 19-man squad to face Wigan’s Reserves is as follows:
