Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of a 2023 Hull FC membership...

Renewing members must retain their membership card, as it will be needed to enter the MKM Stadium in 2023.

The club recommends that all members insure their membership cards. Replacement cards will be issued with a surcharge of £10 per card. Hull FC holds the right to refuse a replacement card at their discretion.

A Season Membership includes 13 home Super League matches. It does not include Cup, Play-Off or friendly matches.

Dates, kick-off times and venues are subject to change at the competition and broadcasters’ discretion. The Club reserves the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel any match without notice and without any liability whatsoever. No refunds for a whole or portion of a membership will be made.

Entry to fixtures is subject to ongoing Government guidelines. Hull FC will endeavor to ensure members are able to attend as many home fixtures as possible.

In the event that government guidelines restrict access to matches, supporters purchasing a 2023 season membership do so on the understanding that the club may not be able to guarantee entry to fixtures and there will be no compensation.

No refunds for a whole or portion of a Membership will be made under any circumstances; this includes those purchased under any direct debit scheme

Disabled and carer memberships are available. The criteria for disabled members to receive a free carer card is (a) Middle of Higher Rate Disability Living Allowance or (b) Enhanced Rate Personal Independence Payment.

If the member is not present at the game, the carer must purchase a standard match ticket.

Under 5s may attend games for free, but still require a ticket or membership card.

A family membership applies to two adults and two juniors. Additional junior memberships are available to connect to a family membership for £50 per junior in the Family Zone.

£1 junior memberships can only be redeemed by an existing junior or family member for a new junior member who has never before been registered to Hull FC’s membership database. This offer is non-transferable to existing memberships.

The club intends to deliver priority access to tickets and/or discounts for cup and playoff matches where possible, but we cannot guarantee every member will get their preferred seat. Some matches, venues and pricing are not controlled solely by Hull FC.

New pay monthly applications include a £15 one-off setup fee. This fee helps cover all associated administration costs incurred by the club to process an ongoing monthly membership direct debit scheme.

Hull FC matches will primarily be played on weekend afternoons, although some games will be selected for other days. This is subject to competition and broadcast requirements.

Normal member restaurant upgrade is charged at £60 per person.

Payment and completion of your application for a membership is taken as confirmation that you understand and abide by our terms and conditions.

Hull FC reserve the right to update or amend membership terms and conditions.
