Michael Shenton has named a 20-man Hull FC Academy squad to face Leeds Rhinos at the Arthur Miller Stadium tomorrow night (7.00pm kick-off), brought to you in association with Pearson Electrical.
It is a hotly anticipated clash as Hull prepare to face the reigning Academy Champions, looking to get back to winning ways after letting a half-time lead slip last time out against Wigan’s Under 18s, suffering their first loss of 2023.
The Black & Whites will head to Leeds in strong numbers, with Head of Emerging Talent Shenton able to name a 20-man squad.
Kye Armstrong is the only player to drop out of the 19-man squad that faced Wigan just under a fortnight ago.
Lennon Bursell is set to make a timely return from a knee injury that has kept the powerful back-rower sidelined for over a month.
Meanwhile, outside back Callum Barfield has been called into the side again and he could make his first appearance in a month.
