Get Involved With Hull FC’s Disability Sides

Get involved with one of the club’s disability sides!

Disability Rugby League News

The club will mark it’s Community & Inclusion Match Day this Thursday when we take on Wigan Warriors at the MKM Stadium, so it’s the perfect time to shine a spotlight on the club’s disability sides and how you can get involved!

In what will be our first home match under the evening lights this season, the match will also mark the club’s Community & Inclusion fixture, part of the RFL’s ‘Rugby League Together’ campaign, as we look to put a spotlight on our focus to promote equality, diversity and inclusion across all areas of the club, and the sport in the city.

This will include plenty of match day activity in and around the fixture, as well as highlighting positive stories from around the club and the city’s Rugby League community throughout the build up to the match.

Today, the club have focused on our three disability sides – here’s how you can get involved:

Learning Disability Rugby League

Boasting one of the largest LDRL teams in Super League, our team regularly attend national LDSL festivals where they play against other teams in a non-competitive environment. The Hull FC Community Foundation also hosted our very national LDRL festival during 2022 with over 250 participants from all over the country.

With over 25 registered players, our LDRL team is fully inclusive with a wide range of ages, genders and abilities taking part.
