Michael Shenton has named a 19-man squad to face Hull KR Under 18s at Sewell Group Craven Park tomorrow afternoon (2.45pm kick-off).
Hull’s most talented youngsters will go head-to-head straight after FC and KR’s first teams battle it out for two points in the Betfred Super League on Good Friday.
Hull FC’s Academy head into the Derby sat top of the Academy Championship table, having won all three of their opening fixtures in 2022.
There are three changes from the side that defeated Warrington Wolves Under 18s 38-12 at the University of Hull on Saturday, with Sam Dulson, Nick Staveley and Owen Worthington missing out through injury.
In their place are three youngsters chomping at the bit to make their first appearances of the season; Alfie Oldridge, Sam Richards and Callum Shaw.
Prop forward Charlie Stipetic is also back amongst the fold after serving a one-match suspension.
