The Black & Whites return to action on Thursday evening as they take on Castleford Tigers at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle.
It’s a return to Betfred Super League action for Brett Hodgson’s men, who will be looking to make it back to back wins in the league after victory over Leeds Rhinos a fortnight ago when they make the short trip down the M62 on Thursday.
Castleford will prove a tough opposition for the Airlie Birds; having bounced back from a poor 6-60 defeat to the Rhinos in their last league outing, the Tigers will have a spring in their step having booked their spot in the Challenge Cup Final over the weekend having defeated Warrington Wolves in Leigh.
The game forms part of Betfred Super League’s Rainbow Laces round, which will highlight the importance of issues surrounding discrimination based on sexuality and gender identity, as well as the positive work done both within the sport and the wider community.
