Adam Swift and Chris Satae have picked up the Black & Whites’ monthly awards for May.
Swift claimed the KayGee Engineering Player of the Month award for the second month in a row, while Satae wins the SS Testing Try of the Month award for his second effort against Wigan Warriors.
Swift fought off competition from Chris Satae, Joe Cator, and Josh Reynolds to pick up the Player of the Month award, winning with a massive 50% of the vote.
The in-form winger scored four tries across the month, including a brace in the Airlie Bird’s win over Leeds Rhinos at Emerald Headingley Stadium.

Meanwhile, while Chris Satae missed out narrowly on picking up this month’s Player of the Month award after another fine four weeks in Black & White himself, he did claim the SS Testing Try of the Month award for his second effort against Wigan Warriors in the Challenge Cup quarter-final clash.
Satae put in a superb personal performance against the Warriors at Headingley, touching down twice, but it was his second powerful drive to the line which won the vote.
