Voting is now open for Hull FC’s KayGee Engineering Player of the Month, and SS Testing Try of the Month awards for May
Quartet Joe Cator, Josh Reynolds, Chris Satae and Adam Swift are all nominated for the second KayGee Engineering Player of the Month award of the 2021 Betfred Super League season.
All four players have enjoyed an impressive month in May, with our nominees decided by calculating the number of times they have been nominated for the Jacuzzi Elite Performance Man of the Match award throughout the month.
Adam Swift, who claimed the award in April is nominated once again following another impressive four weeks, scoring four tries, while Joe Cator is similarly nominated for the second time this season; the loose-forward sits third in the Betfred Super League tackle charts.
Josh Reynolds and Chris Satae pick up their first nominations of 2021, with Satae proving to be one of the league’s top performing forwards so far this season, with his two-try effort against Wigan in the Challenge Cup being one of the best individual performances of the season so far, while Reynolds has similarly played a key role from the halves in Hull’s wins upon his return from injury.
Meanwhile, Chris Satae vs Wigan (2), Josh Reynolds vs Catalans, Adam Swift vs Leeds (1), and Adam Swift vs Leeds (2) are all in contention to pick up the SS Testing Try of the Month award for May.
Satae, Reynolds and Swift are all in contention to walk away with two awards, with the latter getting two nominations for his efforts against Leeds at Emerald Headingley.
