Hull FC are pleased to have long-standing commercial partner J O’Neill Locksmiths on board as one of their commercial partners again for the 2021 season!

J O’Neills are now into their four year of being a club partner to the Black & Whites, and are entering their third year of having their logo proudly featuring on the Hull FC jersey.

The company also have a box at the KCOM Stadium, which they can’t wait to use once restrictions are lifted later this year.

J O’Neill & Co Ltd are a local family run company, established in 1945, by founder James O’Neill, employing local, high skilled engineers, many of which have been involved with company for numerous years.

The company have worked alongside local authorities, NHS and numerous schools and estate agents for many decades, specialising in locksmiths, garage doors, property maintenance and safe engineering.

Speaking to hullfc.com, Company Director Ben Hicks said: “We are so proud to be into our fourth season as a club partner, and hope that the contributions we make help develop the young talent in the area.

“We are hoping that the great commercial support Hull FC receive can be emulated on the pitch and hope to see some a the team reach a final, or even some silverware coming season.

“As a growing local company, it is also quite good fun when we employ guys who are fans of the other smaller team in Hull, and generates good banter and morale across our staff!”

He added: “It’s also nice that the company which has been on the go since 1946 is publicised by Hull FC, and the founder Jimmy O’Neills would have been extremely proud if he was still around as he was a diehard Hull FC fan.

“He even use to allow my grandad Gordon, who later became the Company Director, to clock off early and go straight after work on a Friday, as in the old days as kick offs were early so that they were playing in daylight as they didn’t use and couldn’t afford the floodlights to be used, so my grandad tells me!”
