Retail Service – Lockdown Update

An update on the club’s retail services during the national lockdown.

Club News

Hull FC have shared the following useful information relating to the club’s retail service following the recent announcement of a third national lockdown.

We appreciated this continues to be a frustrating time for everyone, but the health and welfare of everyone associated with the club must remain the immediate priority.

We send our best wishes to everyone, who we hope will have a safe and healthy lockdown period. We look forward to welcoming our supporters back to the club as soon as we can.

The ongoing effect of Coronavirus and the national lockdown will effect our usual retail operation, so we have provided a useful list of key information below.

Temporary Shop Closures:

The latest restrictions require all non-essential retail stores to close. Unfortunately, this includes our three club shops at St Stephen’s Shopping Centre, Savile Street and the KCOM Stadium.

Online Shopping & Postage:

You can still shop online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.hullfcshop.com.

All our new products and ranges are available online and these can be delivered to your door.

Better still, to get you through lockdown, we are offering FREE postage on all orders over £15 while our stores are closed.

To help ease the lockdown blues, we will also be sharing a number of weekly lockdown offers for you to make the most of.

Click & Collect:

Supporters who have arranged ‘click & collect’ on a recent purchase are advised that we will arrange for these to be sent to your postal address in the coming days.

Our retail team will contact you shortly for your to confirm your preferred postal address.

Exchanges & Refunds:

If you need to exchange or refund a product you have already purchased, this can be done by post. Please send your item to: Hull FC Retail Store, KCOM Stadium, West Park, Hull, HU3 6HU.

Please include a note outlining if the product is to be exchanged or refunded, as well as your receipt if your purchase was made in-store.

For exchanges, please include your name, return address and your alternative size, as well as a daytime contact number in case we need to speak to you.

For refunds, please include your name and account details, as well as a daytime contact number in case we need to speak to you.

Supporters will also be able to return their items within ten days of our retail stores reopening for exchanges.

Due to lockdown and furlough, we are currently operating on a limited number of staff, whilst also maintaining suitable Covid-19 working guidelines.

As you will appreciate, this means some things will take longer to process than normal, but we are doing the very best we can.
