Supporters looking for their fitness kick during lockdown can partake in our first-ever ‘FIT4FC’ online session tomorrow evening.

The sessions is completely free to all supporters, and will be led by members of our Hull FC Community Foundation team from 6.30pm on Thursday evening.

Originally launched back in 2013, Fit4FC was the first health and fitness training programme to be introduced by a Super League club, based on the programme focuses on four key principles – Fitness, Fun, Health and Nutrition – and are designed to help you achieve your goals.

The programme, which is funded in partnership with Hull Clinical Commissioning Group, Public Health Hull and Awards For All, of course cannot be hosted as usual at the moment, with the Foundation therefore trialing hosting the online versions of the sessions.

The session will not include any equipment – you’ll just need plenty of space at home!

The session will take place via the ‘Zoom’ app – this must be downloaded on your device and an account must be set up to take part.

Those wishing to take part should email sam.french@hullfc.com expressing their interest. You will then receive a link and password to join the session tomorrow evening.
