Francis Cummins has named an 18-man Hull FC Academy squad for tomorrow’s trip to face Hull KR Under 18s at Sewell Group Craven Park (3.00pm kick-off).
The Academy clash follows the Betfred Super League tie between the city’s rival sides, with the Black & Whites’ youngsters looking to get off the mark in 2024 after their opening round loss to last year’s Grand Finalists, Warrington.
Cummins has made four changes to his Academy side for the trip to East Hull on Good Friday.
Second-years Will Hutchinson, Owen Haldenby and Joe Ward are all set for their first Academy action of the year, having missed the trip to Warrington a fortnight ago.
Kieran Calvert could be the latest Scholarship graduate to make his first appearance for the Academy, with the back-rower also included in Cummins’ squad.
Making way are Ellis Lowthorpe, Ellie Opie, Alistair Swyer and Mason Tempest.
