Michael Shenton has named a 20-man Hull FC Academy squad to face St Helens Under 18s in the Academy Championship play-off semi-final this Sunday (1.00pm kick-off), brought to you in association with Pearson Electrical.
The Black & Whites’ youngsters head to the Totally Wicked Stadium this Sunday for a repeat of last season’s play-off semi-final, looking to make it to the Academy Championship Grand Final.
Cobie Wainhouse suffered a knee injury in last week’s 32-24 win over Castleford Tigers Under 18s, ruling him out of this weekend’s trip to the North West.
He has been replaced by fellow first-year prop Owen Haldenby in the squad for the semi-final.
Meanwhile, hooker Ellis Lowthorpe also comes into this week’s Academy side to bolster the squad.
