Ahead of Hull FC’s Family Match Day clash with Catalans Dragons on Saturday, the entire first-team squad have been out and about across Hull and the East Riding this afternoon visiting primary schools!

With the Black & Whites celebrating their annual Family Match Day at Saturday’s game against the Dragons, primary school children from across the region were treated to a special visit from members of the first team squad, taking part in Q&A sessions, training sessions, handing out certificates from sports day and even judging a dance performance!

All of the schools visited are part of the club’s School Sport Partnership, and received a unique ticket offer for Saturday’s Family Day, whilst all junior tickets for the clash are available for just £1 with our ‘Kids For A Quid’ offer, available to all supporters.

The players visited 14 schools across the region, meeting hundreds of young fans.

Club captain Carlos Tuimavave, who visited Leconfield Primary School and helped with their Year 4 PE lesson said: “I had a great afternoon with Leconfield and want to thank all of the schools the players were invited to this afternoon for having us.

“It’s always incredibly rewarding to take part in school visits and give back to the community.

“We hope the schools involved enjoyed having us with them today, and we hope as many children that we visited today as possible will be able to join us at Saturday’s game against Catalans”
