Hull FC Collaborates With Beverley Races For Family Funday

Hull FC will head to Beverley for an action-packed family day

Hull FC are heading to Beverley Racecourse for their annual Family Funday Takeover next week, engaging with local families during the school half-term holidays.

For the first time since 2019, the Beverley Racecourse will turn Black & White, with Hull FC on site to provide plenty of entertainment for all of the family on Wednesday 31st May as kids go FREE!

For a family afternoon of racing, food and drink, there will also be plenty of activities on offer, as well as the opportunity to meet some of Hull FC’s famous faces.

Located within the Course Enclosure, there will be a whole host of entertainment:

  • Rugby skills workshop with the Hull FC Community Foundation
  • GIANT inflatable rugby ball kicking dart board
  • Try shootout & Boot It
  • Pop-up retail store
  • Meet the players for autographs and selfies
  • Face painting from Face Painting 4 You Hull
  • And all of the racing, of course!

There will be seven races throughout an action-packed afternoon, with gates opening at 12.10pm and the first race getting underway at 2.10pm. The event will draw to a close with the final race at 5.12pm.

One of the races will be the Hull FC Community Foundation Stakes, with the players in attendance presenting the award to the winning horse, jockey, trainer and owner.
