Michael Shenton has named a 19-man Hull FC Academy squad to face Bradford Bulls Academy at the University of Hull tomorrow (12.00pm kick-off), brought to you in association with Pearson Electrical.
The Academy Championship season gets underway tomorrow for the Black & Whites’ youngsters, who made it to the play-off semi-finals last year.
Nine players included in this week’s squad got vital match practice last Saturday as they helped Hull’s Reserves outfit onto a 54-14 victory over London Broncos Reserves in the capital city.
Meanwhile, another nine youngsters will have the opportunity to feature at Academy level for the first time having made the step up from Hull’s Scholarship outfit.
Kye Armstrong, who has spent his pre-season campaign sidelined through injury, is also set to return for FC’s Under 18s.
