Our July award winners have been named, with Brad Fash picking up the Getextra Hull FC Player of the Month award, and Will Smith claiming the Try of the Month award.
Fash beat off competition from Ellis Longstaff, Kane Evans, and Luke Gale to win the award with 37% of the vote after a string of memorable performances throughout the month.
The forward was influential in Hull’s victories over both Hull KR at Magic Weekend, and Toulouse Olympique in the South of France.
The latter match, Hull’s first trip to the Stade Ernest-Wallon, also featured July’s Try of the Month from Will Smith on debut.
The utility-man joined the club for the rest of the season in July, and was on hand with some superb pace and support play to finish off Jack Walker’s break from within his own half for a memorable try on debut.
Brad Fash was presented with his award by Getextra’s Company Director, Paul Smith.
Will Smith was presented with his award by SS Testing’s Company Director, Shane Sisson.
