Brett Hodgson has named his 21-man squad for Friday’s trip to face Huddersfield Giants at the MKM Stadium, brought to you in association with Jadan Press.
The Black & Whites will be aiming to make it back to back wins on the road when the travel to the John Smith’s Stadium for the Betfred Super League Round 22 clash following last week’s victory over Toulouse in the South of France.
The battle for a spot in the play-offs hots up this week with the Airlie Birds embarking on their penultimate away game of the regular season, hoping to make it a league double over Ian Watson’s side in 2022 following FC’s 14-6 win over the Giants in March.
Brett Hodgson has made two changes to the squad that was named ahead of the fixture at the Stade Ernest Wallon last Friday, with Connor Wynne returning from his one-match suspension, and Chris Satae recovering from an ankle injury.
The pair replace young duo Davy Litten and Charlie Severs in the squad.
Josh Griffin (quad), Adam Swift (leg), Manu Ma’u (hamstring), Ben McNamara (back), and Cameron Scott (groin) remain on the sidelines, as well as long-term absentees Carlos Tuimavave (Achilles), Andre Savelio (knee) and Joe Cator (Achilles), and Ligi Sao through suspension.
