Michael Shenton has named an 18-man Reserves squad for tomorrow’s fixture against St Helens Reserves, brought to you in association with Pearson Electrical.
It will be the first hit-out for the Reserves since their gutsy performance against Wakefield’s A team a month ago, with the Black & Whites returning to action at the University of Hull tomorrow afternoon for a 1.00pm kick-off.
With injuries now cutting deep into the first-team squad and eight Hull FC Academy players in camp with Yorkshire Academy for their Origin fixture against Lancashire tomorrow, Shenton has limited numbers to select from.
Callum Chapman-Peterson made his Hull FC Academy debut in last weekend’s 30-10 victory over Wakefield Under 18s, and the young halfback could make his Reserves debut just eight days later.
Having travelled and warmed-up at Warrington with the first-team last night, Davy Litten is set to get more minutes under his belt at the University of Hull tomorrow.
