A special edition match day programme will be available at tomorrow’s Betfred Super League clash against St Helens, remembering club legend Johnny Whiteley MBE.
A series of commemorative events will take place ahead of kick-off at tomorrow’s game to remember the former club captain and coach, who sadly passed away at the age of 91 on Sunday.

Supporters can pick up our special edition programme around the ground, featuring several tributes to Gentleman John.
Reflections from Club Chaplain Reverend Tony Cotson and former Hull FC captain Danny Houghton are included, as well as a detailed look back on Johnny’s life and career.
We take a look at Johnny’s relationship with West Hull ARLFC, whom he helped set up in the 1960s, as well as a feature looking at some of the best players Johnny played alongside during his career.
