The Hull FC Community Foundation have launched The Healthy 100 campaign.

Community News

The Hull FC Community Foundation have launched The Healthy 100 campaign – a one hundred day long campaign across the Foundation’s social media channels to encourage improving mental and physical health.

Running from tomorrow until Christmas Eve, the Foundation are on a mission to promote positive health to the local community though tips, advice and challenges posted on Twitter and Instagram to help you kickstart your health journey before Christmas.

The campaign will last 100 days, with daily updates motivating you to be healthier in the final stretch of another difficult year for many.

Daily posts will include mental and physical health tips, motivational advice, quizzes and even competitions, where participants can get their hands on some big prizes.

Our physical and mental health should be a priority and whilst we’re trying to adjust ourselves back to normal, we may not be looking after ourselves as well as we could be doing. That’s why the Foundation will be helping guide you through and help you live a healthier lifestyle.

The campaign follows on from the success of the Foundation’s ‘Compete For Change’ campaign, part of the Empower project, which saw daily fitness challenges and healthy recipes posted through the third lockdown earlier this year for both primary and secondary school children while schools remained closed.

To celebrate the launch of the campaign, you can get your hands on Ligi Sao’s signed playing jersey from the Dacia Magic Weekend, just by following our brand-new Hull FC Community Foundation Instagram account, where daily tips and challenges will be posted!
