The Hull FC Community Foundation’s Dance & Cheerleading training sessions return this weekend.

Community News

The Hull FC Community Foundation’s Dance & Cheerleading training sessions return this weekend as part of the club’s ongoing Empower project.

Due to the recent lifting of the national lockdown restrictions, many of the Foundation’s fitness and activity sessions have returned to in-person delivery over the last fortnight, with our Dance & Cheerleading sessions getting underway once again this weekend.

The sessions will be led by specialist dance coaches within the Community Foundation, with the session giving children the opportunity to learn a host of dance styles and embrace their creative talents in some fantastic activities.

Sessions will be fun, friendly and inclusive, open to both boys and girls. It’s open to all levels of experience and abilities.

Sessions take place on Sunday afternoons/evenings, with separate sessions for different age groups – full details can be found below:

  • U10s (7-10yrs): 4.00pm – 4.50pm
  • U12s (11-12yrs): 5.00pm – 5.50pm
  • U15s (13-15yrs): 6.00pm – 6.50pm
  • U16s + (16-21yrs): 7.00pm – 8.00pm

Sessions take place at the Hull FC Centre of Excellence Sports Hall, off Pickering Road, Hull, HU4 7AB, and are priced at £3 per person per session.

Our first sessions take place on Sunday 18th April, and will continue weekly
