FIT4FC Returns To In-Person Beginner & Advanced Sessions

FIT4FC returns this week, with both beginner and advanced sessions.

The Hull FC Community Foundation’s popular FIT4FC fitness programme has returned to in-person delivery this week, with sessions for both beginner and advanced levels!

Originally launched back in 2013, FIT4FC was the health and fitness training programme to be introduced by a Super League club, and has made its long awaited return to in-person delivery in the last few days.

Run by the Hull FC Foundation’s dedicated team, the programme focuses on four key principles – Fitness, Fun, Health and Nutrition – and are designed to help you achieve your goals.

The programme features courses and sessions that are designed specifically around each individual to ensure they remain fun throughout and they are the perfect programme to achieve whatever your personal goals and targets may be.

There will also be a close mentoring scheme to help you through not only the sessions, but days away from training, as well as the psychological effects of fitness training, plus nutrition advice and diet programmes.

In 2021, the Hull FC Community Foundation will be running both a beginners and an advanced session.

Our beginners sessions take place every Tuesday evening from April 13th between 6.00pm and 7.00pm, while our advanced session take place on Monday evenings between 6.00pm and 7.00pm

Both sessions are priced at £4.00 per person, per session, and take place at the Hull FC Centre of Excellence, off Pickering Road, Hull, HU4 7AB

FIT4FC is open to everyone with group and individual sessions available to suit your specific needs. Our beginners sessios are designed for those getting back into a fitness routine, while our advanced sessions are more intense and designed for the more regular fitness trainers.

Sessions are run by the Hull FC Community Foundation’s Strength & Conditioning team.
