Boasting representative honours with the junior Kiwis whilst partnering New Zealand Test star Shaun Johnson in the halves, Carlos Tuimavave was once voted one of the top ten young players in the world back in 2012.
Tuimavave made his Black & Whites debut in the Round One victory against Salford Red Devils, and later in his maiden year he was required to deputise in the halves.
The Samoan international can also operate as a fullback, but his primary role is in the centres for the Airlie Birds.
Tuimavave is a slick, agile player with plenty of pace. He has settled into life in England, and in 2020, he was awarded the coveted Hull FC Player of the Year trophy.
