How to buy tickets in 2018…
Online: The easiest way to buy tickets is online at ticketing.hullfc.com. Tickets will be made available up to one month before a fixture. You can choose to have your tickets posted to you or use the print at home function. Simply print your tickets at home, bring them to the game and scan the barcode at the relevant turnstile.
Telephone: Up until three days before the fixture (eg until 5pm on Tuesday for a Friday game) you can call 01482 505600 and order your tickets. Tickets will be posted to your relevant address. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a collection on the day service. Please note, telephone bookings are subject to a £2.60 transaction fee.
In Person: For two weeks prior to each fixture, you will be able to head to the KCOM Stadium retail store and buy your tickets in person, up until 5pm on the day before the fixture. Unreserved South Stand tickets will also be available from our Savile Street retail store.
Self-Service Ticket Machines: Tickets go on sale up to one month before the fixture from ticket machines located in the KCOM Stadium ticket office. These machines allow you to choose your game, which area you want to sit in and pay for your tickets with a debit or credit card. We also hope to add an additional machine at our Savile Street retail store in the near future.
Match Day: Tickets will be available on match day from ticket kiosks in the ticket office, whilst cash sales will also be available at the ground at some matches. Please note, prices increase on match day so fans are strongly advised to buy early and avoid unnecessary delays and queues on the day of the game.
Away Fans: Away supporters can purchase tickets for matches at the KCOM Stadium from their club in advance of every game. Tickets bought in advance are cheaper than tickets bought on match day. Tickets can also be bought on the day from the away supporters bar.
Concession/Youth price includes senior citizens aged 60 or over, as well as students aged 17 or over in full-time education with a valid student ID.
Requires proof of age or status with valid photo ID. Age is at time of purchase.
Disabled people wishing to attend Hull FC matches on a match-by-match basis will:
- Pay the full appropriate admission charge according to age and the stand for which the application is made.
- Be entitled to a free ‘Carer Ticket’ for any match for which they pay an admission charge. To be eligible for the free ‘Carer Ticket’ you must bring relevant proof that you are in receipt of a Carer Component in the Disability Living Allowance for each match attended.
The above also applies to away supporters. Appropriate proof of disability must be included if applying in advance to the KCOM Stadium ticket office or on the day of the game at the turnstile entry point. We advise away supporters to book their tickets in advance of the fixture date.
For disabled parking on match days, please contact Haley Richardson on 01482 327 200 prior to the fixture date.
The above may be varied at the discretion of Hull FC.
