The club’s Disability Liaison Officer is Jade Hilton, who is on hand 9am-5pm five days a week to deal with any queries you may have. She can be contacted on 01482 358 447 or via email at jade.hilton@hullfc.com.

Check out the below information regarding disabled supporters at the MKM Stadium…

Ticketing

Disabled supporters wishing to attend Hull FC matches on a match-by-match basis will:

• Pay the full appropriate admission charge according to age and the stand for which the application is made.

• Be entitled to a free ‘Carer Ticket’ for any match for which they pay an admission charge. To be eligible for the free ‘Carer Ticket’ you must bring relevant proof that you are in receipt of a middle to high rate disability living allowance, or enhanced rate personal independence payment.

The above also applies to away supporters. Appropriate proof of disability must be included if applying in advance to the MKM Stadium ticket office or on the day of the game at the turnstile entry point. We advise away supporters to book their tickets in advance of the fixture date.

Disabled supporters should currently be in receipt of either the Higher/Medium rate Mobility or Higher Care components of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or enhanced rate on personal independence payment.

Disabled Supporters will also need to submit copies of the DLA or P.I.P.

Facilities

The MKM Stadium has good facilities for disabled supporters and provides 150 spaces for wheelchair users and their helpers.

Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are welcome at the MKM Stadium. Please email Jade Hilton on jade.hilton@hullfc.com in advance of the game for arrangements to be made.

The MKM Stadium is now home to a Sensory Room, allowing people with sensory processing issues who wouldn’t usually be able to watch the match, to do so! You can find out more information on the Sensory Room here.

Headsets are available for visually impaired supporters; there are no hearing loops at the Stadium.

Disabled Toilets are available, not radar key operated.

Turnstiles open 60 minutes before the stated time of the match.

Wheelchair Users

The MKM Stadium can accommodate 149 wheelchair users, with 64 spaces for home supporters on raised platforms and 69 in pitchside positions. Away wheelchair users are allocated 16 spaces, plus a personal assistant seat, in the away section of the ground.

A wheelchair is available for supporters who are unable to walk from their car to their seat. To book, please email jade.hilton@hullfc.com at least 48 hours in advance of the match.

Ambulant Disabled Supporters

There are 300 designated seats for ambulant disabled supporters, with 200 in home areas and up to 100 in the away section. Ambulant disabled supporters can sit anywhere provided they are able to access their seats safely. There are 200 amenity seats for ambulant disabled supporters. Requirements should be stipulated at the time of purchasing a ticket to ensure appropriate seating is provided.

Parking

Car parking on the stadium bowl is very limited; these are sold on a seasonal basis to members.

Unfortunately, due to our limited capacity, we are unable to provide disabled car parking for all requests we receive. Therefore, we have a waiting list in operation, and if any passes are available, these are dealt with on a match by match basis.

There are also disabled parking spaces available in the south car park and Walton Street.

The Stadium Management Safety Team may close the inner bowl to traffic earlier than 45 minutes prior to kick off, on safety grounds if the footfall around the stadium is busy and unsafe for vehicles to drive around.

For further details surrounding disabled parking at the Stadium, please email Jade Hilton via email at jade.hilton@hullfc.com. Proof of disability will be required.
