Entering his fourth season with Hull FC, crowd favourite Fetuli Talanoa has been a revelation since he was brought to the club in 2014.
Awarded the club’s Player of the Year award in his first season, a year in which he featured in every round, his work-rate from the wing position and ability to find his front after commendable yardage, make him one of the best all-round wingers in the competition.
Talanoa is also capable of spectacular finishes, as exhibited on many occasions last season.
He started his career at NRL giants South Sydney Rabbitohs, and almost called time on rugby league after suffering a serious illness.
Showing his character he heroically bounced back, and was one of the first signings of Lee Radford’s reign at Hull FC.
He’s been a key figure since, making the left wing spot his own, thanks to a sequence of notable displays.
