Tom Bennett has been a part of the coaching staff since 2014 – he now works as Hull FC’s Head of Conditioning.

Previously, he was the club’s Sports Scientist, working with GPS data. But he now works in the conditioning team, ensuring all of the players are in tip-top shape.

He oversees training loads, ensuring the players are training enough, without pushing them over their individual limits. He also keeps an eye over intensity levels.

Managing gym and training programmes is a really important role for Tom, helping the players reach their physical peak.
