Paleaaesina became the club’s full-time Player Welfare Manager at the end of 2016 having taken the role part-time during last season.

The former New Zealand international played for Hull FC for three years and finished his playing days with Doncaster RLFC in 2017.

His role with the back-to-back Challenge Cup winners sees him deal with players on a day-to-day basis.
