England Talent Pathway Athletic Movement and Fundamental Skills Development Programme Coaches (Under 12s – 13s)

Aligned to the COHA England Talent Pathway Player Development Programme coaches will work with players ranging from Under-12s – 13s around Fundamental skills, movement literacy and mental skills development.

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic coaches from the local area who are working in a community club environment and who want to enhance a player’s ability to perform in the area’s above. Candidates from the local area are preferable but applications from outside the area will also be considered.

Strength and Conditioning interns

Working on the club’s England Talent Pathway 12-13s Athletic Movement and Fundamental Skills Development programme, we are looking to appoint a small number of interns to assists strength and conditioning coaches with warm ups, movement literacy, Speed, Agility and Quickness and monitoring training standards and applying feedback to our junior athletes.

These roles are an ideal opportunity for a student studying around this area to gain valuable experience in a professional club environment.

Mental Skills Coach

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and committed Mental Skills coach to work alongside a dedicated and dynamic group of Coaches from both the club and COHA to Deliver a mental skills programme to our new under 12-13’s England Talent Pathway Programme.

The ideal candidate will lead on the provision of mental skills development. We are looking for University Interns who are looking to achieve a BSC sport and exercise science or BSC sports coaching with a focus towards Sports Psychology.

Candidates will have the opportunity of working with young athletes in both a team and one to one environment. Ideal Candidates will possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.

These positions are voluntary roles.
