1) I’ve lost/damaged/binned my season card – what do I do?

Please visit our KCOM Stadium retail store to pick up a replacement membership card. Replacement cards will be issued with a surcharge of £10 per card. Hull FC holds the right to refuse a replacement card at their discretion. 2018 members who wish to renew their membership for 2019 are reminded they must retain their card. Members whose details have changed (name, age category) or wish to move seat will be issued a new card for free.

2) Why do I keep my season card?

This is a matter out of the club’s control. However, it saves supporters a trip into one of our stores to collect your card! Send in your renewal form and we will simply reload your card with our 2019 fixtures.

3) I wasn’t a 2018 Member but would like to be for 2019. When can I sign up?

You can sign up for a 2019 membership in three different ways. Sign up in person at either of our Hull FC retail stores at Savile Street or the KCOM Stadium. Call 01482 337555 (option 1) to pay by debit or credit card. Lines are open week days between 9am & 5pm, as well as on Saturday mornings between 9am & 12pm. Or return a completed form with a cheque or bank details to ‘Hull Super League Ltd, KCOM Stadium, West Park, Hull, HU3 6HU’.

4) I would like to change seats. How can I do this?

You can do this by visiting our KCOM Stadium retail store. You can move into seats that aren’t currently occupied. However, on the 14th and 15th November, the seats of 2018 members who haven’t yet renewed will also become available. Any seat moves after this day will be charged at £10.

5) I’m a new Member for 2019. When will my season card by ready?

Details for new members who will be required to collect a new membership card will be released on hullfc.com prior to Christmas. If you wish to receive you card in time for Christmas, please ensure you have signed up by Saturday 10th November 2018.

6) I’ve missed a Direct Debit payment. What happens next?

You card will be deactivated until the missed payment has been made. You will receive a letter in the post with details of your missed payments. Please contact our ticketing manager for more details on jade.hilton@hullfc.com

7) I haven’t received my Membership pack in the post. How can I get one?

You can request a membership pack by emailing your name and address details to membership@hullfc.com. Or call 01482 337 520.

8) I was a 2018 Direct Debit Member – why have I received a renewal form in the post?

Our membership pack is generic and sent to all 2018 members, and everyone who has been a member since 2014. You do not need to fill in this form.

9) I would like to give my seat up to another person. How can I do this?

You can do this by sending an email to our ticketing manager at jade.hilton@hullfc.com

10) I want to cancel my direct debit. What do I do?

This needs to be put in writing and sent our ticketing manager at jade.hilton@hullfc.com. You must give two months notice on your cancellation.

11) If I’m on the direct debit do I need to do anything or can I just turn up next season?

You don’t need to do anything. So long as your payments are maintained, you will be able to attend our 2019 home fixtures!

12) What games does my season card cover?

Your season card covers ALL home Betfred Super League games throughout the 2019 season, including the Hull Derby against Hull Kingston Rovers. This does not count friendly matches, Challenge Cup games or play-off fixtures.

13) How do I receive my Grand Final discount?

Details will be sent during the closed season via email, so make sure you include your email address on your membership application form.

14) When are the 2019 fixtures released?

2019 fixtures will be released in November. Full details will be announced on hullfc.com in due course.

15) How do I redeem my 5% discount in the Hull FC retail stores?

Simply show your membership card at the till when making your purchase. Please note this offer can not be used in conjunction with other offers.

16) What ID can be used for Junior, Carer and Student season cards?

You can use any ID that proves your ages for juniors. For example, a passport, birth certificate, letter from school or doctors. For carers, you will need to provide your letter of entitlement (DWP). And for students, you must give proof of full-time education, like a letter from your education provider. Please note, general NUS cards are no longer an applicable form of ID. NUS cards that state ‘Full Time Education’ can be used however.

17) When will matches be played?

Hull FC matches will primarily be played on Friday evening (7.45pm kick-off), although specific games could be selected for other days, including Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons. This is subject to competition and broadcast requirements.

18) How does the direct debit work?

Payment comes out of your bank account on the 3rd of every month and continue every month.

To register, simply complete the relevant section of the 2019 Membership renewal form and pay the first two months up front, plus a one-off setup fee and we’ll take care of the rest.

Bring your form to either the KCOM Stadium or Savile Street retail store , or send your form in the post with the pay monthly details completed in full to ‘Hull Super League Ltd, KCOM Stadium, West Park, Hull, HU3 6HU’.

Supporters have until Saturday 10th November 2018 to sign up to our pay monthly scheme.

19) How does the family pass work?

A family pass will allow two adults and two juniors entry to the Family Area, situated in W10 & W11 in our West Stand.

This area us adjacent to out popular Family Lounge, plus includes visits from the players and mascots during the game.

Family prices are frozen again and junior memberships cost from as little as £50!

20) Do you sell car parking passes?

Car parking passes for the South Stand car park can be purchased by calling 01482 337 520 or by emailing reception@hullfc.com. Anyone wishing to purchase a new pass will be placed on a waiting list.

Disabled car parking passes are also available and these can be purchased by calling 01482 337 521 or by emailing haley.richardson@hullfc.com

21) Where is the Family Zone?

The Family Zone is located in the Whiteley Suite, situated in the North West corner of the ground.

22) What is there to do in the Family Zone?

There’s plenty of fun activities to get involved with in the Family Zone, but young supporters enjoy meeting members of the first team squad, who call in to greet supporters and challenge some gaming fans at FIFA 19 and Rugby League Live 4. Plus, we have face painters, balloon modellers, free giveaways and other fun games to engage with.

23) What is the ClubHull fob for?

There are over 60 ClubHull discounts for our 2019 members to get stuck into. From McDonalds to Burger King, from Cineworld to Napoleons Casino, and from Holiday Inn to Atik, there are plenty of savings to be made. 24) Why do I need to keep my card?

Hull FC will not be issuing new membership cards to renewing members for the 2019 season, so you will need to keep hold of the membership card you received at the start of the 2018 campaign. Supporters will be required to pay a charge of £10 for a replacement card should they lose or misplace their original card. Anyone who will have a change of name or age category for 2019 will be issued a new card free of charge, as well as those who wish to change seat or stand.
