Jed Cartwright arrived at Hull FC in June 2024, having signed a deal halfway through the season.

He is the son of former player and Hull FC Head Coach from the 2025 season, John Cartwright.

Playing as a back-rower, Cartwright first cut his teeth in professional Rugby League with Penrith Panthers, whilst also enjoying spells at South Sydney Rabbitohs and Newcastle Knights in Australia’s top flight.

In partnership with Hull FC Community Foundation, Jed is a Players’ Project ambassador for Inclusion Activity.
