Jacob Hookem made his senior berth with Hull FC in a pre-season friendly against Halifax in 2020, scoring a try at The Shay.
The halfback, who can also operate at hooker, played for Skirlaugh Bulls as a junior.
He has played representative footy for Yorkshire in the War Of The Roses match, and England at Academy level.
Hookem trained with the first team squad throughout the 2021 season and made his Super League debut against Wakefield Trinity in September 2021.
He made a handful of senior appearances off the bench throughout the 2022 campaign, whilst he also got important experience in the Championship with Whitehaven and Bradford Bulls on loan.
