FAQs & Useful Info
FAQs and useful information relating to our upcoming fixtures with restricted crowds at the MKM Stadium...
Is there enough capacity at the MKM Stadium for all members to attend?
The club hopes all 2021 members will be able to attend this fixture. The final capacity will be determined by how many members choose to sit together, which reduces the impact of social distancing and increases capacity. The club capped membership numbers for 2021 in-line with the expected stadium capacity to give the best possible chance for all members to attend to thank them for their loyalty in 2021.
Can I use my membership card to enter the stadium for this game?
No. Members will not use their membership card to access this fixture due to social distancing and track & trace. Members will be required to sit in a specific seat, therefore, normal reserved seating will not be in operation, with no unreserved seating. Members will need to book a ticket online or over the phone (click here for info). The ticket will be available as an e-ticket, print at home or posted and will need to be scanned on entry to the stadium.
How do I book for my ticket to attend this fixture?
2021 members can book their ticket online by clicking here and following the instructions above. Alternatively, members can call the stadium ticket office on 01482 505 600.

Can I book a ticket in person?
Due to social distancing restrictions, there will be no over-the-counter service. All tickets will need to be processed for the stadium ticketing system which will automatically control social distancing of seats across the stadium.
However, if you are having trouble with the booking process, you can visit our help desk at the MKM Stadium retail store and they will do their best to help you.
Can I sit with friends and family for this fixture?
Yes you can within your household and support bubble. You can sit with up to six people as long as each person is a 2021 member and they are linked to your account. You can link family members to your online account before booking your tickets – watch this useful video to find out how.
You can also link family members when booking on the telephone, but you will need the membership card number, surname and post code of each member you wish to link.

No. Due to capacity restrictions in place at the MKM Stadium, only 2021 members and corporate partners will be able to attend this fixture.
When will supporters be able to access the stadium on the day of the game?
The MKM Stadium’s turnstiles will open two hours before kick-off. Supporters are advised to arrive early, or stagger their arrival times. Spectators should plan their journey and arrival time in advance, taking into account continued national restrictions and social distancing guidelines, in particular public transport.
Where will I be able to park for this fixture?
Aside from disabled parking, the only on-site parking for this fixture will be via the Walton Street car park. Those who have booked a car park pass via Hull FC will be able to park for free, while all other vehicles will be charged at the regular rate of £5.
Corporate members who have a car park pass will be required to park on Walton Street for this fixture, as the stadium car parks will be locked down for red zone access only.
I have a disabled parking pass - will I be able to park closer to the stadium rather than in the Walton Street car park?
Supporters who have a parking permit with Hull FC will be able to park at the MKM Stadium, but the stadium bowl will be unavailable for disabled parking for this fixture to maximise social distancing for pedestrians. Those with disabled car parking passes will be able to park in a dedicated area of the South Stand car park, to which stewards will direct vehicles upon arrival. There will also be a drop-off area closer to the ground for disabled supporters.
Will I have to wear a face mask at the MKM Stadium during the fixture?
Yes. All spectators in attendance will be required to wear a face mask once they enter the stadium vicinity, including outside the stadium, apart from those who are aged under 11, or medically exempt. Masks must be worn at all times, apart from when eating or drinking in your seat. You will not be permitted access to the stadium without a face mask.
Will I be able to sit in my normal seat for this fixture?
Due to the capacity restrictions in place, the club will have to utilise the full stadium to ensure all members and corporate partners can attend the game. Therefore, members are not guaranteed their usual seat for this game. Members can however select a preferred area of the ground when registering for their tickets, but this is not guaranteed.
How has it been ensured that the MKM Stadium is a Covid-19 secure venue?
The MKM Stadium is a secure venue, with extra precautions being taken to ensure the safety of all in attendance for this fixture, and future games. As stated above, all spectators will be required to wear face masks. All entrances and walkways will have hand sanitising stations, and all those in attendance will be required to maintain the two-metre social distance rule, except for within their bubbles.
