Hull FC Wembley Stadium plan

Fans will be able to buy tickets for the majority of Hull FC’s allocated seating online and over the phone with a dedicated service.

Meanwhile, a small number of tickets will also be available over-the-counter from the Pitch Side Bar at the KCOM Stadium on Monday.

This will allow members who would like to buy their tickets in person to get access to some of the popular seats behind the posts.

However, with tickets going on sale on a week day, we appreciate that many people will be unable to visit the KCOM Stadium due to work commitments, so some blocks will also be available online and over the phone.

The blocks available are highlighted on the stadium plan which can be viewed here - click the button above

Online and phone bookings are quick, easy and there are plenty of tickets to go round!

There is no need to rush, no need to queue and no need to even leave your home or place of work.

This is the same process as last year for the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup Final, which was well received by supporters.

The phone lines and online sales will be available from Monday.

How will you receive your tickets?

Unless you’re buying tickets in person, all tickets will be posted to your preferred address and in plenty of time before the game.

When you receive your tickets, visit the Wembley Stadium website to check out the view from your seat - click here

Please allow at least seven days for your tickets to arrive before contacting the RFL, as this process can take some time due to the volume of tickets being bought.

Tickets will be posted for all orders up until Tuesday 22nd August.

After this time, orders can still be placed over the phone and online and tickets can be collected from the RFL box office on the day of the game.

Why is it mainly phone and internet sales?

We realise that whilst some people enjoy the excitement of queuing it isn’t suitable for everyone.

This way, fans can buy online 24/7 at a time that is convenient for them, or over the phone between 8am and 8pm.

It also takes the pressure off club staff and the limited space in the club shops that will already be extremely busy selling retail items for Wembley and handling tickets for our Super8s fixtures.

It is understandable that we will never be able to find a suitable system that suits all individual circumstances, but following extensive consultation with supporters groups and members feedback meetings, this was agreed as the best option for the majority of supporters and the club.

Why aren’t tickets on sale straight after the game?

It can take a bit of time to get things setup for ticket sales to be processed over the counter.

We receive our batch of tickets from the RFL after the match to bring back to Hull. On Sunday, we will check through the tickets, divide them into the suitable allocations and prepare them for sale, as well as setting up the room and till systems in the Pitch Side Bar at the KCOM Stadium.

To make sure it is fair for everyone, tickets will then go on sale at the same time online, via the phones and in person at 9am on Monday morning.

For fans who simply cannot wait, the RFL have been on general sale for other areas of the ground throughout the season and tickets are still available in many areas.

You can buy in these areas online via their ticketing website - click here

Want to queue?

For some people, queuing for your tickets with like-minded fans is part of the Wembley experience, as the anticipation quickly starts to build before the big day.

So we want to make sure some fans can still do that.

Therefore, on Monday, we will be opening the Pitch Side Bar at the KCOM Stadium between 9am-5pm for members to buy popular tickets for seating behind the posts.

These seats are marked in black on the seating plan - click the button above

Please note, this is less than has been available in previous years, so fans are strongly advised to consider the online and phone booking services as well.

If you want tickets for elsewhere in the ground, don’t queue as these won’t be available on the day, simply use our phone and online system.

The club shop at the KCOM Stadium will also be open for fans to visit on Monday.

Panic buying!

We are all very excited about the prospect of another trip to Wembley, but please don’t panic when it comes to buying tickets.

After all, Wembley Stadium can boast 90,000 seats, so there are plenty to go around.

Fans have the opportunity to buy their tickets in person at the KCOM Stadium, but this often leads to large periods of queuing. Therefore, we always recommend fans to buy online or over the phone where possible.

We would also advise supporters to always follow official updates on tickets from the club and the RFL to make sure they have the correct information.

However, please don’t leave it until the last minute to get your tickets, we don’t want anyone to be left disappointed.
