How To Sign Up

In Person: Visit our club retail stores at the stadium or St Stephen’s Shopping Centre.

Online: Click here to log in or set up a new account, plus link your family & friends to your membership.

By Phone: Call the ticket office on 01482 505 600 (option 2). Open weekdays 9.30am - 4pm.

By Post: Return your application form with bank details or a cheque payable to ‘Hull Super League Ltd’ to Hull FC, MKM Stadium, Hull, HU3 6HU.

Pay Monthly: Existing pay monthly members will continue automatically. New pay monthly subscriptions can be set up at the club retail stores or by post.

Those who wish to join the pay monthly scheme to spread the cost of their membership into manageable interest free monthly payments must complete the relevant section of the renewal form and pay the first three months up front, plus a one-off setup fee. We take care of everything else! Please note, this must be completed at one of our club retail stores, and cannot be completed over the phone or online.

Linking Your Account Online

Please follow our step-by-step guide to help you link your account with our online ticketing programme.

1) Log into your account and view account menu

2) Select account management and network

3) You will come across the option to add friends, family and associates to your network. You can manage their ticket settings.

4) Select add members. Here, you will be able to enter a membership number and a surname.

5) Complete this process by selecting ‘Add Member’.

6) The supporter will now appear in your network. Select the chosen name and edit.

7) Make sure you tick the box ‘I can manage tickets for X’ and click ‘Send Request’.

8) An email will be sent to the supporter you have requested to manage. They will need to confirm that they are happy for you to purchase the pass on their behalf.
