John Cartwright has named his 21-man squad ahead of Thursday’s Betfred Super League Round 4 fixture against Wakefield Trinity, in association with Steve Hodgins Plumbing, Heating & Electrical.

The Black & Whites are aiming to return to winning ways when they travel to take on Daryl Powell’s side at the DIY Kitchen’s Stadium this week.

Cartwright has made three changes to the squad that was announced in advance of last week’s defeat to York; Harvey Barron (ankle) and Jed Cartwright (hamstring) are unavailable after picking up injuries against the Knights, with both players awaiting scan results to determine the extent of the issues.

Liam Knight also drops out of the squad having been released from the remainder of his contract over the weekend.

Ligi Sao returns from suspension, while James Bell is included for the first time this season after recovering from a knee issue sustained in pre-season – Logan Moy also comes into the squad.
