Ligi Sao and Denive Balmforth both return from suspension, and Sam Eseh is selected having been unavailable against his parent club last weekend.
Danny Houghton is also included having recovered from injury and is in line to make his 450th Hull FC appearance.
They replace Brad Fash (back), Ed Chamberlain (head), and Jed Cartwright (head).
