Francis Cummins has named an 18-man Academy squad for tomorrow afternoon’s clash with Castleford Tigers Under 18s at Hull YPI (12.00pm kick-off).
It’s a two horse race for the final spot in the Academy Championship play-off semi-finals, with the winner of tomorrow’s game progressing to the knockout stages and the losing side missing out.
Cummins has made three changes from the side that put ten tries past city rivals Hull KR Under 18s a fortnight ago, with Will Kirby, Ben Johnson and Kieran Calvert missing out.
They are replaced in the 18-man squad by Alfie Baxter, Tom Rea and Matty Shepherdson.
