Details for Hull FC’s annual memorial service have been confirmed, with supporters invited to send in their photos, tributes and messages ahead of the event.
The service will take place in the MKM Stadium’s Whiteley Suite on Saturday 14th September from 10.30am, the same day as Betfred Super League Round 26 fixture against Salford Red Devils.
The memorial event pays tribute to supporters and former players who have passed away in the last 12 months.
The short service will be led by Club Chaplin Rev. Tony Cotson and there will be contributions from representatives of the club and the supporters.
During the memorial service, there will be a period of reflection pitchside for those who have shared many memories watching Hull FC and those whose ashes are scattered at the MKM Stadium.
The club’s memorial video will also be played ahead of our final home game of the season against Catalans Dragons on Friday 20th September, as the club pays tribute to supporters and players who are sadly no longer with us.
Fans can send their photos and messages in an e-mail to membership@hullfc.com, leaving their full name, years of life, a brief tribute message and an image.
Contributions to the memorial service must be submitted by Sunday 8th September.
Supporters who wish to attend the event will be able to use the South Stand car park at the MKM Stadium.
