Hull FC’s partnership with The National Youth & Community Development Association has raised just shy of £100,000 in the last twelve months, with proceeds going towards the club’s thriving Centre of Excellence.
NYCDA is a not for profit organisation committed to helping its partners and affiliates to raise as much funding as possible through its NYCDA Weekly Draw, giving Hull FC fans the chance to win great cash prizes every week.
The last twelve months has seen £98,800 raised for the Black & Whites’ Centre of Excellence and its associated player development programmes across the City of Hull and wider East Yorkshire region.
NYCDA recently visited the MKM Stadium to present representatives of the club’s Centre of Excellence with a cheque to celebrate the achievements of the weekly draw partnership between the Black & Whites and NYCDA, working under the ‘Faith In Our Future’ banner.
To help mark a year of successful fundraising, on hand for the pitchside cheque presentation was Hull FC Head of Youth, Richard Tate, as well as rising stars Callum Kemp and Ryan Westerman.
The local born and bred players are progressing well through the player development pathway, having come from local community Rugby League clubs, Hull Wyke and Beverley Braves.
The Hull FC Centre of Excellence is the club’s rugby development and education pathway, including Academy, Scholarship and Development College squads, as well as extending to female and disability rugby league. The aim is clear as we look to provide opportunities along the way for local young people, of all backgrounds and abilities, to represent the club in the famous Black & White colours.
Hull FC supporters can join now for as little as £1 per week and be in with a chance to win £1000s of cash prizes every week by supporting the club in this way. Not only does this help growth with access to extra resources, but it also gives supporters the chance to win fantastic prizes, including a weekly £1000 jackpot and a £500 Rollover Extra, which can reach a huge £10,000.
