Community Foundation To Launch New Project Supporting Ukrainians

The new project will help boost Ukrainian families’ wellbeing

The Hull FC Community Foundation have partnered up with Hull 4 Ukraine to create a health programme for Ukrainian women and children.

Launching on Tuesday 6th June, UA Fit sessions aims to support your physical and mental wellbeing, by allowing Ukrainian women and children to participate in a variety of fitness and gym activities, as well as socialise and make new friends.

This programme provides free childcare alongside the session, giving mothers the opportunity to attend the sessions too!

It’s the next step in the ‘Unite’ family of projects, with the Community Foundation’s Unite Fitness and Unite Girls sessions thriving.

Classes will involve gym activities that is adaptable to women of all fitness levels, as well as time to socialise with fellow participants.

These fitness sessions are a fun and friendly way of getting fit and are led by Hull FC’s qualified personal trainers, who are there to support and guide participants throughout the session.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced trainer, these sessions are tailored around each individual’s needs.

Sessions take place on Tuesday, 9.30-11am at Hull FC’s County Road North Facility, HU5 4HN.
