Catalans Update: Important Fan & Seating Information

Important ticketing information about our fixture against Catalans Dragons at the KCOM Stadium.

Club News

The following update provides detailed information about the upcoming Betfred Super League match against Catalans Dragons, including how 2021 members can book their seat at the fixture.

Hull FC welcome back spectators to the KCOM Stadium on Monday 17th May when they host Catalans Dragons (7:45pm KO).

The match has been moved to benefit from the easing of lockdown restrictions which will take place on the same day.

Only a limited number of spectators will be permitted to attend the match due to social distancing restrictions – this will be confined to 2021 members and corporate partners only.

The crowd will be spaced out across the full stadium, including the West Stand Upper Tier, which will ensure as many current members and corporate partners as possible can attend the match if they wish.

2021 members will be required to book a seat at the fixture and will receive a ticket to enter the stadium – normal membership cards will not be operational for this game due to social distancing protocols.

Please note, corporate members, gold members and wheelchair users will be contacted directly by the club and do not need to follow this booking process.

How To Book Your Seat

2021 members are required to book a seat at the game and will receive a ticket to enter the stadium – there will be no charge for this ticket.

The booking process will open online at 9am on Monday 10th May

Please note, due to social distancing guidelines, normal reserved seats will not be available and you will receive the ‘best available’ seats as close to your preferred stand/block as possible.

Members will choose their preferred stand and block, with seats allocated on a best available basis. Fans will not be able to choose a specific seat.

If your preferred area is full, you will automatically be given the next best available seats.

Members can book one ticket per membership, up to a maximum of six per transaction as long as each person is a 2021 member.

Once booked, tickets cannot be changed or cancelled.
