‘Smithy’s Boot Camp’, led by Hull FC Community Foundation coach Kieran Smith, half-back for Coventry Bears and a former England Universities RL international.
The fitness session, taking place between 6.00pm and 7.00pm on Thursdays, starting this evening, will be similar in style to that of the club’s Fit4FC sessions, although adapted to be able to take place in the comfort of your own home.
Meanwhile, our ‘Ladies Boot Camp’ will take place alongside members of our Hull FC Women’s team, who are continuing their fitness sessions at home despite being unable to train or play under the current government guidelines.
Both sessions will take place weekly throughout January, and will be held over Zoom – joining details can be found at the bottom of this page.
