Existing Hull FC members can now renew online, with a new-look online ticketing service now available!
The club would like to thank all members who have already renewed for the season ahead.
Those who haven’t can now navigate lockdown restrictions and renew quickly and easily online.

The KCOM Stadium’s new ticketing platform has been developed by leading software company, Advanced, with a new-look match tickets service to be added in the future.
Unfortunately, the online service is unable to process the optional price reduction on 2021 memberships or pay monthly applications.
Both of these options can be renewed by postal application, whilst the optional price reduction is also available over the phone.
Existing pay monthly members are reminded that you don’t need to do anything to keep your seat for the 2021 season, this will automatically be processed.
If you have not received your membership renewal pack in the post, you can request a replacement by emailing your details to email@example.com.

With our retail stores now closed due to lockdown, members will be unable to renew their membership in person until lockdown restrictions are eased.

Returning Online Ticketing Users:
Members who have previously registered to use our online ticketing service are asked to create a new password when using the new website for the first time.
Here is how:
1) Click the ‘Login’ button and follow the on-screen prompts
2) Insert your existing Customer Number when prompted (this hasn’t changed)
3) Go to ‘Update Details’ section and check and update your details, if necessary
New Online Ticketing Users:
Members who have not previously registered to use our online ticketing service can register now.
Here is how:
1) Click the ‘Register’ button at the top of the screen
2) Complete the registration form as prompted
Link friends & family to your account
You may wish to add additional friends or family members to your account if you sit together at games.
This will be particularly helpful for us in the future if we need to create specific seating plans in the future due to Covid-19 restrictions, so we would advise you doing this.
Here is how:
1) Click the ‘Login’ button and go to ‘My Account’
2) Click Friends & Family and add the relevant details
3) Click ‘Add the Supporter to my Friend and Family’
You can repeat this process for additional people.
