2021 Memberships – Lockdown Update

An update on 2021 memberships following the national lockdown.

Club News

Following the government’s announcement of a national lockdown, Hull FC have released the following updated 2021 membership information.

The club would like to thank all of our members who have renewed already for the new season in what is a true show of loyalty to their club.

The ongoing support of our members is the strength and security of the club’s immediate future.

We understand another lockdown is frustrating for many people, but the health and welfare of everyone associated with the club is paramount.

We still remain very optimistic about an exciting season ahead and welcoming our members back to the KCOM Stadium.

Membership Renewals:

With our retail stores now closed due to lockdown, members will be unable to renew their membership in person until lockdown restrictions are eased.

Therefore, members are advised of the following methods:

By Phone – members can renew their membership over the phone via the KCOM Stadium ticket office (01482 505 600). Phone lines will be open 9:30am to 12:30pm on weekdays, except for Wednesdays.

By Post – members can renew their membership by completing a membership renewal form which has been posted to them. This can be returned to the club by the Freepost envelope provided.

Online – members will be able to renew their membership online from Monday 11th January here. Members are encouraged to log-in to the website in advance and check their details are correct by clicking here

Please note, the online ticketing website is provided by the Stadium Management Company and is unable to process the optional price reduction on 2021 memberships. If you would like to claim this option, please use the phone or postal services.

If you are an existing member and have not received a membership renewal pack in the post, you can request a replacement by emailing your details to membership@hullfc.com

Existing pay monthly members are reminded that they don’t need to do anything to keep their seat for the 2021 season. 

Current members who wish to switch to our pay monthly service are reminded that this can only be done via our postal service, and not over the phone or online.

Membership Deadlines:

Due to the temporary closure of our club retail stores, we are now extended the renewal period for members.

Renewal Deadline – The deadline for members to renew their membership for 2021, including those who wish to retain their reserved seat, has changed from Sunday 7th February to Monday 1st March 2021.

Pay Monthly Deadline – The deadline for members who wish to move to our Direct Debit pay-monthly service has changed to Sunday 7th February 2021.

Please note, anyone who signs up for the pay-monthly service after the 14th January will be required to pay five months up front, rather than four months upfront.

Behind Closed Doors Matches:

It is still our hope that the season will commence as planned and crowds will be allowed to return to the KCOM Stadium for 2021 season.

In the unfortunate event that any 2021 Super League fixtures are to be affected by further government restrictions, we will review the implications for our members and a fair financial reimbursement will be offered at the end of the 2021 season.

We send our best wishes to everyone and ask all of our supporters to stay as safe as possible over this lockdown period.
