Hull FC can provide an update for existing members wishing to renew their membership for the 2021 season online and over the phone.
The Black & Whites launched their 2021 membership renewals for existing members last week. As it stands, the club are providing exclusivity to renewing members and will not be accepting new applications at this stage.

Telephone Renewals
Existing members are now able to renew over the phone via the KCOM Stadium Ticket Office by calling 01482 505 600 and by providing the customer number of the memberships they would like to renew.
When renewing over the phone, members will be required to provide their address. This is so that we can send out your exclusive 2021 membership package via post, which includes a brand-new ClubHull card and discount vouchers to use on the 2021 replica jerseys and full price items in our retail stores.
The Ticket Office will be open on the following days over the festive period, between 9:30am and 2:30pm.

Additional opening hours for 2021 will be confirmed in the new year.
Online Renewals
Online renewals will be available in January for existing members. The Stadium Management Company are currently in the process of setting up a new online ticketing website.
In anticipation of renewing online, existing members who have provided us with an email address will receive an email in the near future providing details of how to register online on the new platform.
This can be done now in readiness for the launch of the new platform, which will then allow members to log in and renew their membership online.
Regular match ticket purchasers will also receive a registration link in the coming weeks.
Once you have renewed your membership online, we will post out your exclusive 2021 membership package, which includes a brand-new ClubHull card and discount vouchers to use on the 2021 replica jerseys and full price items in our retail stores.
Key Information
Existing members will have an exclusive renewal window until 7th February 2021 to sign-up in-store, by post or over the phone, but if they want to move to our rolling monthly payment service they will need to register by 10th January 2021.
2021 membership information packages have been circulated to existing members in the post, which will be landing imminently if they haven’t already.
Existing rolling monthly members don’t have to do anything! Their payments will continue as normal, but we will still send them an information pack anyway, so they are across all the key details.
In addition, rolling monthly members will receive an exclusive 2021 membership package via post, including a brand-new ClubHull card and discount vouchers to use on the 2021 replica jerseys and full price items in our retail stores.
As has been the case in recent years, members will be required to keep hold of their current membership card for the time being.
