Members who picked their preferred Loyal&Proud membership reward option can check out this useful information for an update on their various benefits.

Thousands of members took part in extensive feedback to help us prepare the different reward options, before subsequently choosing their favourite one.

In turn, that loyal support from our members has been the backbone of the club through this incredibly challenging period. 

Everyone at the club would like to say a massive thank you to our 2020 members for their ongoing support. 

The following information is relevant for members to find out more about the benefits and how to redeem.

Membership price freeze for the 2021 season (options 1 & 2)

The price freeze is available for all members who selected either option 1 or 2. This will be implemented when you renew your membership for the 2021 season. If you are part of our direct debit scheme, your payments will remain the same in 2021 (except for adults moving into the senior category). Further updates on 2021 memberships will be available later in the autumn as we await further advice from the government and the RFL.

Free coverage of live ‘behind closed doors matches (options 1 & 2)

Thousands of members who selected either option one or two have been able to watch our ‘behind closed doors’ fixture since the season restart by requesting their exclusive OurLeague access code. If you have still not requested your code to watch our upcoming matches, you can do so by clicking here and registering online. You will receive a code via email with instructions on how to use.

Entry into ‘Loyal & Proud’ prize draw (option 1)

The draw has been prepared and will take place next week! The winners will be announced via our website and social media channels. Winners will also be contacted directly by email. Good luck! For a reminder of the prizes – click here

Name included on 2021 ‘Loyal & Proud’ third shirt, including priority pre-order (option 1)

Every member who selected option 1 will have their name included on next season’s third shirt. The intention is to wear this shirt at the 2021 Magic Weekend should this go ahead as planned. These will be available to pre-order exclusively by these members prior to going on general sale in spring 2021.

Personalised ‘Thank You’ letter & exclusive ‘Loyal&Proud’ pin badge (option 1)

We are currently preparing a thank you letter for every member who has selected option 1. Once we have received delivery of the Loyal&Proud pin badges, it is our intention to send the letter and badge together in the post – so keep an eye on your mail. If logistically this is not possible, we will send a personal email to your inbox and badges will be available for collection from the club shop. 

Name included on exclusive ‘Loyal & Proud’ roll call on training ground wall and match day programme recognising your support (option 1 & 2)

We are currently working on designs for this and it will be installed at the Jacuzzi Elite Performance Centre during the close season – keep an eye out on our social media channels to see it in place! The list of names will also feature in the first match day programme of the 2021 season. 

Invitation to members only training session in 2021 (option 1)

A number of dates for you to attend an open training session will be confirmed in the new year following the announcement of the 2021 Betfred Super League fixture list and confirmation of club training schedules. This is likely to be in the early spring, but will remain subject to Covid-19 regulations.

£20 off 2020 Special Edition 2005 Anniversary third shirt (option 2)

Members who selected this option will have now received an email explaining how to redeem their discount code. Your code is SHIRT followed by your customer number located on the back of your 2020 membership card, with no spaces. The code can only be used once and is specific to your membership account. The discount code can be redeemed online or can also be used in store by showing your membership card.

50% off voucher for club shop (option 2)

Members who selected this option will have now received an email explaining how to redeem their discount code. Your code is FIFTY followed by your customer number located on the back of your 2020 membership card, with no spaces. The voucher is valid until Monday 30th November, not including tickets or memberships. The code can only be used once and is specific to your membership account. The discount code can be redeemed online or can also be used in store by showing your membership card.

Free Hull FC Live until the end of the 2021 season (option 2)

Members who selected option 2 will shortly receive an email explaining how to redeem this offer. Members need to input their membership card number online at hullfclive.tv to redeem this discount. This is expected to be available in the coming weeks.

Free access to every Hull FC match day programme in 2021 (option 2)

As part of your complimentary access to Hull FC Live, this service will also include an online copy of our match day programme for every home game in 2021. You will be able to find this prior to each game online at hullfclive.tv.

We would like to thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding throughout this period. We understand this is a difficult time for everyone, which includes the staff at our club.

As you will be aware, we are currently operating on a very small workforce due to Covid-19 regulations and the furlough scheme, but this small group of hardworking and dedicated staff are doing their best to keep you updated, respond to queries, deliver schemes like this and keep the club operating as close to normal as possible.

We appreciate this may not be as quickly or as regular as normal, but rest assured we are doing our very best.
