Hundreds of supporters have joined Hull FC’s Jadan Press Lucky 13 Lottery in recent weeks to help support the club during these tough times, and support some of our stars of the future!
Joining the Lucky 13 Lottery is one of the easiest ways to support the Black & Whites during the lockdown, and plenty of you have done so, meaning you’ll have the chance to be rewarded with some big cash prizes!
As well as helping the club financially, one part of the funds raised from the Jadan Press Lucky13 Lottery goes to helping develop and nurture some of the city’s brightest young sporting talent, with the hope of one day seeing some progress into the Hull FC ranks and establish themselves as a leading Super League star.
The funding helps cover everything from wages and fees to equipment and facilities, with the most recent high profile case being the Jadan Press Lucky13 investment into a brand new state of the art Youth Performance and Community Centre on Pickering Road in Hull – simply the best youth facility in Super League and the city.
Last year, the Lucky 13, collected £160,742 for the Hull FC Community Foundation, representing 62% of the overall proceeds.
It’s not just all about rugby league either. The Lucky13 Lottery is proud to be able to support and sustain a host of community projects from across Hull and East Yorkshire.
One of the most prominent campaigns is their support of the Hull FC Community Foundation, the charity arm of Hull FC which reaches out to over 50,000 local people every year.
Their aim is to engage, educate and inspire people of all ages and backgrounds, promoting and encouraging active and healthy lifestyles through the brand of Hull FC.
This involves work in local community groups, clubs and schools and it simply wouldn’t be possible without the support of Lucky13 and it’s members.
The club will now be working with new partners at the National Youth and Community Development Association to participate in the NYCDA Weekly Draw. Not only will this help the club grow with access to extra resources, the prize fund will be increased by £1000s each week, as well as new non-cash prizes, helping us generate more funds for grass roots rugby league and the development of stars of the future.
