The son of former Hull KR, Castleford and Salford forward Chris Charles, Jack Charles comes from good stock.
He is a graduate of the Hull FC Scholarship system, having enjoyed two years with the Black & Whites’ Under 16s.
During that time, Charles successfully kicked a last-minute drop-goal to defeat Hull KR in the Scholarship Derby in 2022.
A very capable ball-player, the former Beverley Braves youngster can operate either at fullback or halfback.
He made his Academy debut against Bradford Bulls Under 18s in March 2023, scoring a try in a 36-10 victory.
